Hogan Lovells boosts Jakarta practice with corporate energy and resources appointment

Jakarta, 1 February 2021 – International law firm Hogan Lovells is pleased to announce that Mochamad Kasmali will be joining the Hogan Lovells DNFP office in Jakarta as a Corporate & Finance partner in the Infrastructure, Energy, Resources and Projects practice. Mochamad has held both in-house and private practice executive roles and most recently was Managing Partner with one of the leading Indonesian domestic firms.
Our IPMT practice and Hogan Lovells Fidelity lawyers secured two important trademark victories for Caterpillar before China's highest court, the Supreme People's Court ("SPC").
The two cases concern Caterpillar's trademark invalidation and opposition procedures against the 
trademark and its backup application, both owned by a local large-scale agricultural equipment manufacturer.
