Will Bibby is a special counsel in the Capital Markets Group in Cadwalader’s London office.
Will has UK and cross-border experience across a broad range of structured finance transactions, warehouse facilities, securitisations including RMBS, receivables financings and loan portfolio acquisitions and financings. He has acted for originators, sponsors, arrangers and credit providers on a range of public and private transactions.
