Sulie Arias is a partner in the Real Estate Finance Group. Sulie advises financial institutions on a broad range of complex real estate finance matters, including the acquisition, financing, refinancing, development and disposition of commercial properties, including office, retail, hotel, warehouses, industrial, student-housing, multifamily and mixed-use properties on a local and national basis, and spanning all segments of the marketplace. Her practice includes balance sheet (single-lender and agented), construction and bridge loans, CMBS, mortgage and mezzanine financings as well as loan-on-loan and leverage financings.
Sulie was included in the 2024 and 2025 editions of the Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch in America and to the 2025 edition of Lawdragon 500 X – The Next Generation, for her work in Real Estate Law.
Sulie received her J.D. from St. John’s University School of Law, where she was a senior staff member of the Journal of International & Comparative Law, and her B.B.A., cum laude, from Bernard M. Baruch College (CUNY). She is admitted to practice in the State of New York.
