Sai Ahluwalia is an associate in Cadwalader’s Leveraged Finance and Private Credit Group in London.
Her experience includes advising private credit funds, investment banks, private equity sponsors and corporate borrowers on leverage and acquisition finance transactions, loan-on-loan financings and financial restructurings. Sai’s experience also includes a six month secondment to CVC Credit Partners, the dedicated credit arm of CVC.
Prior to joining Cadwalader, Sai completed her training contract at a US law firm in London and previously worked in the in-house legal team at a leading private credit fund.
Sai received her LLB (Hons) from the University of Warwick and her LPC from BPP University. Sai is admitted to practice in England & Wales.
