Patrick Foote is an associate in the Fund Finance Group. Patrick focuses his practice on fund finance, including fund of hedge funds, secondaries financing, NAV facilities, subscription lines and hybrid transactions. Patrick’s background includes advising on domestic and cross-border leveraged, high yield transactions, fund financings as well as restructuring matters.
Prior to joining Cadwalader, Patrick practiced at leading international law firms in New York and Sydney.
Patrick received a Bachelor of Economics and Bachelor of Laws from Western Sydney University. He is admitted in the State of New York and the State of New South Wales, Australia.
