LONDON, 1 April 2022 – Hogan Lovells has advised AXA Insurance PLC on its proposed acquisition of Ageas Insurance Limited’s UK commercial lines front book business.
The parties announced agreement on 15 February 2022, and the deal completed today.
The Hogan Lovells team was led by London-based partner Nicola Evans, head of the firm’s insurance sector group, with support from senior associate Francesca Parker and associate Gaspare Chirillo in the corporate team and from the following specialists:
