Hogan Lovells publishes skeleton argument in Manchester Airports Group (MAG) legal challenge to UK government transparency of traffic light system

London, 09 July 2021 – Global law firm Hogan Lovells has today published a skeleton argument on behalf of Manchester Airports Group (MAG), outlining key arguments in MAG’s legal challenge against the Government in relation to the lack of transparency on the UK government traffic light system for international travel.
Hogan Lovells Public Law and Policy partner Julia Marlow, working with Andrew Eaton, Megan Smith and John Morse, is representing MAG as it prepares to face the Government in the High Court today.
The proceedings are led by MAG, with airlines Ryanair, IAG, Virgin Atlantic, TUI and easyJet also parties to the proceedings.
