Hogan Lovells on the €41.5 million green loan for 39MW wind farm refinancing in Italy

28 November 2025 – Global law firm Hogan Lovells has advised Lucania Wind Energy S.r.l. and Green Arrow Capital on the refinancing of a 39MW wind farm located in Basilicata. The refinancing, structured as a green loan project financing, amounts to 41.5 million of euros and was granted to Lucania Wind Energy, a company within the Green Arrow Capital group, one of the leading Italian asset management platforms operating in alternative investments in Energy & Digital Infrastructure, Private Equity, Private Credit, and Real Estate.

The Hogan Lovells team that advised on the transaction, particularly in negotiating the financing documents and preparing the documents required to release the guarantees under the existing loan was led by partner Alessandro Accrocca, and included associates Edoardo Minnetti and Noemi Biagini, and trainee Riccardo Del Torto.
