Chris Green will join from Pinsent Masons, where he leads the firm’s South African transactional services practice. His practice focuses on blue chip cross-border corporate M&A work across a wide spectrum of sectors, including consumer goods, financial services, telecoms and energy & natural resources.
He has a strong market reputation for advising local, pan-African and multinational clients on their aspirations for growth in Sub-Saharan Africa. High profile clients for whom Chris has acted include Coca-Cola Beverages Africa, AB InBev, BASF, Brambles Limited Du Pont, the IFC and Rand Merchant Investment Holdings.
