Turning Crisis into Strategy: Contracts, projects and disputes at a global chokepoint
This motorway, known as the Autoroute de l'Avenir, is operated by Eiffage through its subsidiary, Société Eiffage de la Concession de l'Autoroute de l'Avenir (SECAA).
The objective of this renegotiation was to obtain a more balanced partnership. It resulted in the acquisition by the Senegalese State of 25% of SECAA's share capital and a five-year extension of the concession period.
