Turning Crisis into Strategy: Contracts, projects and disputes at a global chokepoint
The companies have signed a shareholders’ agreement to establish a joint venture that lays the foundation for the construction of five to ten state-of-the-art recycling plants for end-of-life tires in Europe over the coming years. Pyrum holds a 49% equity stake in the new joint venture, while the UNITANK Group holds 51%. The joint venture “UniPyrum,” headquartered in Hamburg, will have its own experienced management team to drive the rapid and targeted expansion of multiple production sites in Germany and across Europe.
