Hogan Lovells assists Banca Ifis in the restructuring of €1.15bn securitization

Milan 3 August 2021 - International law firm Hogan Lovells have assisted Banca Ifis in a €1.15 billion securitisation of factoring receivables transferred by the Bank. It is unique in the sense that it involves the restructuring of asset backed notes of an existing revolving transaction, whose maturity has been extended to July 2024.
Intesa Sanpaolo – Divisione IMI Corporate & Investment Banking, Unicredit, BNP Paribas, Banco Santander, Crédit Agricole Cib and Societe Generale all acted as co-arrangers.
The Hogan Lovells team was led by partner Corrado Fiscale with support from lawyers Matteo Scuriatti and Pietro Castoldi.
