Our Capital Markets team has advised Barclays, as global coordinator, and the rest of the managers on Ferrovial’s €500 million bond due 2032. Ferrovial will use the net proceeds from the issuance to meet its general corporate needs. The bonds have been admitted to trading on Euronext Dublin.
The Hogan Lovells team advising in the transaction was led by Íñigo Berrícano (partner) and Álvaro Albors (counsel), with the support of José Antonio Garaña (associate) and Pedro Beneyto (associate).
