Milan, 1 July 2025 – Global law firm Hogan Lovells has advised Siemens Bank GmbH, a pan-European corporate lending franchise on a super senior revolving credit facility in the Italian market secured by a related set of guarantees. The facility is aimed at supporting certain vehicles affiliated with Fremman Capital Limited on the acquisition of Diesse Diagnostica Senese S.p.A., a company active globally in the design, manufacture, and distribution of in vitro diagnostic systems.
The Hogan Lovells team that advised on the transaction was led by partner Mauro Saccani and included senior associate Beatrice Bertuzzi and trainee solicitor Giovanni Quaggiotti.
