Paris, 22 March 2023 – Hogan Lovells has advised Rexel on the sale of its Norwegian operations to Kesko.
Rexel is a global expert in multi-channel professional distribution of products and services for the energy industry. Its operations in Norway generated sales of approximately €250 million in 2022.
The Hogan Lovells team in Paris consisted of Xavier Doumen and Paul Leroy (partners), Maximilien Roland (senior associate) and Thomas Gluzman (associate).
In London, the Hogan Lovells team consisted of Sylvain Dhennin (partner) and Oliver Wilson (counsel).
