Hogan Lovells advises Premuda on financial support of over US$100 million

Milan, 18 September 2025 – Global law firm Hogan Lovells has advised Premuda S.p.A., a leading shipping company, operating internationally in the maritime transport sector of dry and liquid bulk cargoes, on two loan facilities (one of which is sustainability-linked) with an overall value of over US$100 million. The financing is for the refinancing and acquisition of the eco-design product tankers “PS Singapore” and “PS Sydney”, both already under management, and for the management buyout.

The loans were granted by ING Bank.

The Hogan Lovells team that advised on the transaction was led by partner Francesco De Gennaro and included counsel Francesco Manzari, and associate Deborah Simoncini. Partner Madeleine Horrocks and senior associate Franco Lambiase advised on the English law aspects of the transaction.
