The new facility replaces the existing syndicated RCF and extends the company’s maturity profile on improved terms. The refinancing received strong backing from Wereldhave’s relationship banks, reflecting sustained lender confidence in the company’s operational performance and solid balance sheet.
The renewed EUR 250 million RCF has a tenor of five years with extension options up to a total of seven years, and incorporates sustainability-linked features.
