Hogan Lovells advises on the financing transaction aimed at the acquisition of Payload Industries

7 October 2025 – Global law firm Hogan Lovells has advised a pool of financial institutions, including BNP Paribas, Italian branch, as global coordinator and BNP Paribas, Italian Branch, and BNP Paribas, Australian Branch as underwriters and lenders, on the financing granted to USCO ITR, aimed at the acquisition of 100% of the shares in Payload Industries Pty Ltd, a leading Australian mining equipment and engineering services provider.

The transaction has been assisted by a SACE guarantee.

The Hogan Lovells team that advised on the transaction was led by partners Iacopo Canino and Bianca Caruso and included senior associate Beatrice Bertuzzi and associate Isoken Obayagbona, with support on English law matters from partner Madeleine Horrocks and senior associate Franco Lambiase.
