Hogan Lovells advises Mediobanca on the ABB of €10 million Technoprobe's shares

18 June 2025 – Global law firm Hogan Lovells has advised Mediobanca, acting as the sole bookrunner, on the private placement to qualified Italian investors and foreign institutional investors of 10 million ordinary shares of Technoprobe, through an accelerated bookbuilding by T-Plus, the controlling shareholder of Technoprobe, global leader in the design and manufacture of probe cards listed on Euronext Market Milan, with a market capitalization of approximately €4.7 billion. The shares sold are equal to approximately 1.53% of the company's share capital.
The Hogan Lovells team that advised on the transaction was led by partner Piero de Mattia together with partner Ferigo Foscari and US Securities partner Alex Parkhouse, and included Frankfurt counsel Mark Devlin and senior associate Lorenza Fici.
