Global law firm Hogan Lovells has advised KLK Emmerich, a company controlled by Kuala Lumpur Kepong Berhad - a fully integrated global oleochemical group with production facilities in Malaysia, Indonesia, China, and Europe - on the acquisition of the entire share capital of KLK Temix from Roberto Cella.
The Hogan Lovells team that advised on the transaction was led by partner Luca Picone and included counsel Martino Filippi, associate Giuseppe Angiò and trainee Lorenzo Bertola.
