Hogan Lovells advises Juky on the sale of I.S.S.CO to V.M.C. Mottini

16 July 2025 – Global law firm Hogan Lovells has advised Juky S.r.l. on the sale of the entire share capital of I.S.S.CO S.r.l., a company specializing in glass decoration for the cosmetics and perfumery sectors, to a vehicle fully owned by V.M.C. Mottini S.r.l., a subsidiary of Ethica Global Investments, and on its reinvestment by Juky in V.M.C. Mottini.
The Hogan Lovells team that advised on the transaction was led by partner Luca Picone, together with senior associate Martino Filippi, associate Gianluca Ceci and trainees Paola Rossi and Lorenzo Bertola.
