Hogan Lovells advises Iccrea Banca on its first €500 million senior preferred green bond

Milan, 10 March 2025 – Global law firm Hogan Lovells has advised Iccrea Banca S.p.A. on the issuance of a senior preferred green bond with a total value of €500 million, issued in accordance with its Green, Social and Sustainability Bond Framework 2024. The issuance proceeds will be allocated to the refinancing of green mortgages.

The Hogan Lovells team that advised Iccrea Banca was led by Madeleine Horrocks and senior associate Franco Lambiase, together with trainee Noemi Biagini. Head of Tax Italy Serena Pietrosanti and counsel Maria Cristina Conte advised on Italian tax matters.
