Hogan Lovells advises Eurazeo and Montana on MBO+’s €190m continuation fund to acquire Groupe LT and Osmaia

London, 4 July 2024 - Global law firm Hogan Lovells has advised Eurazeo and Montana as lead investors on MBO+’s €190m raising of a continuation fund to acquire Groupe LT, France’s fourth-largest worksite equipment rental and service provider, and Osmaia, a fast-growing French landscaping group.

The Hogan Lovells team was led by Global Head of Private Equity and Funds and Co-head of Secondaries, Ed Harris with Secondaries senior associate Charlotte Monk, Corporate associate Russell Clay, Investment Funds partner Amelia Stawpert and Tax counsel Natalie Psaila.
