The bonds were offered to both private and institutional investors in Italy and Ireland and were listed on MOT, the electronic bonds market managed by Borsa Italiana as well as on the regulated market operated by Euronext Dublin. The offer period closed early due to the maximum offer amount of €200 million being reached within a few minutes of opening.
The notes were issued at 100 per cent of their nominal value - 200,000 notes each at a nominal value of EUR 1,000. The notes have an annual interest rate of 2.625% and are due in 2027.
