Milan, 12 May 2025 - Global law firm Hogan Lovells has advised a pool of financial institutions, which includes Banca Nazionale del Lavoro, Banco Bpm, Cassa Depositi e Prestiti and Intesa Sanpaolo, and SACE S.p.A. on the financing granted to I.CO.P. S.p.A. Società Benefit, aimed at the acquisition of 100% of the shares in Atlantic Geoconstruction Holdings, a US company specialising in advanced geotechnical solutions.
The transaction has been assisted by a SACE guarantee.
The cross-border team was led by partners Iacopo Canino and Bianca Caruso, together with associate Lorenzo Suzzi. Partner Nathan Cooper and counsel Brooke Shekhar advised on the US profile of the transaction.
