The Hogan Lovells team guided Fenway Sports Group (FSG) and a number of American Sports team owners, the Strategic Sports Group (SSG) in a deal that will infuse up to $3 billion into a new venture that gives tour members equity in the business.
The Hogan Lovells team was led by Matthew Eisler, partner and Global Head of the Hogan Lovells Sports practice, and partners Russell Hedman, Steve Argeris, and Mark Weinstein.
