Mira Midelieva is an associate in the Fund Finance Group based in the firm's London office. Mira advises banks and non-bank lenders on the full spectrum of fund finance products, including subscription line facilities, net asset value (NAV) and hybrid facilities, GP-support and management line facilities and co-invest facilities.
Prior to joining Cadwalader, Mira was a senior associate in the fund finance team of a major global law firm in London and has extensive experience advising lenders and borrowers on a wide variety of fund finance transactions, including subscription line facilities, NAV and hybrid facilities, GP-support and management line facilities, co-invest facilities and fund employee co-investment loan programs.
Mira has a keen interest in innovation and enhancing quality and efficiency through the use of technology and automation. Mira was shortlisted as one of the top 10 most innovative junior lawyers by The Legal Technologist in 2020.
Mira received her LL.M. from BPP University, Holborn and her LL.B. from University of Southampton with First Class Honours.
