Juliette Mills is an associate in the Financial Services Group in Cadwalader’s London office.
Juliette specialises in providing advice to sponsors and investment managers particularly in relation to the structuring, formation and promotion of real estate, private equity, hedge and credit funds. Juliette has also advised start-up and spin-out fund management teams on the launch of their fund businesses. In addition to fund formation, Juliette advises institutional investors in respect of their investment in funds.
Prior to joining Cadwalader, Juliette was an associate in the Investment Funds team at an international law firm in London. Juliette has spent time on secondment at leading UK hedge fund managers, Man Group and Marshall Wace, as part of their respective legal teams.
Juliette obtained a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) law from Trinity College Dublin. Juliette is admitted to practice in England and Wales and in Ireland (inactive).
