Greg Langsdale is a partner in Cadwalader’s Global Litigation Group. He represent clients in complex commercial litigation and arbitration concerning a broad range of issues including contract disputes, business torts, theft of trade secrets, dealer terminations, and antitrust claims. Over the past twenty years he has litigated matters in federal and state courts across the country as well as in International Chamber of Commerce and AAA arbitrations. He is a trusted advisor regarding supplier-distributor relationships, complex commercial disputes, state franchise laws, and alcohol beverage control regulations. Greg was included in the 2026 Lawdragon 500 Leading Global Antitrust & Competition Lawyers and was named a "Rising Star" in Washington, DC, by Super Lawyers magazine.
Greg is dedicated to providing counsel pro bono and has successfully represented clients in immigration court, DC Superior Court, and before the DC Office of Police Complaints. He is also a member of the firm’s Corporate Social Responsibility Committee, which focuses on empowering our communities.
A graduate of Wake Forest University, cum laude, Greg earned his J.D., with honors, from the George Washington University Law School, where he served as Notes Editor on The George Washington Law Review.
Following law school, Greg served as a clerk for the Honorable James F. McClure, Jr., United States District Judge for the Middle District of Pennsylvania. He is admitted to practice in the District of Columbia, the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit.
