Evan Bloom is a special counsel in Cadwalader’s Capital Markets Group. Evan represents investment banks and other financial institutions as issuers, underwriters, lenders and investors in private securities offerings and structured finance transactions. Evan focuses primarily on CLOs, CLO warehouses and asset-based securitization finance facilities backed by pools of private credit loans, broadly syndicated corporate loans and infrastructure loans.
Evan received his J.D., cum laude, from Boston College Law School, and his B.B.A. from Emory University. He is admitted to practice in New York.
