Through a lengthy career, Eric has gained wide-ranging advisory, litigation, and appellate experience representing creditors in business reorganizations, out-of-court workouts, and insolvency proceedings of major enterprises, banks and other financial institutions, and insurance companies.
Eric served as an adjunct professor, teaching a variety of commercial law courses at Touro College’s Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center and at Hofstra Law School, including Secured Transactions, Sales, and Creditor/Debtor Law.
Eric received a joint J.D./M.B.A. degree from New York University, and a B.A. in Economics from the University of Virginia, and graduated from Delbarton School. Eric is admitted to practice in the States of New York and New Jersey.
