Nicolette DeLorenzo helps clients navigate government investigations, enforcement actions, and qui tam litigation, guiding them from the initial investigation to final resolution. With experience defending individuals and companies in the healthcare, pharmaceutical, and medical device sectors, she has handled cases involving alleged violations of the False Claims Act, Anti-Kickback Statute, and other federal regulations. Nicolette is adept at dealing with all stages of litigation, from initial investigations and document collection to dispositive motions.
During law school, Nicolette earned a concentration in Health Law, served as a research and teaching assistant in the Health Law department, and represented clients in the Health Rights Law Clinic. She uses these expertise now when advising clients in related sectors. Nicolette is also passionate about direct representation in her pro bono practice, including in both criminal justice and family law matters.
