Claudia Martinez is an associate in the Capital Markets Group focusing on the securitization of financial assets, specifically the private and public offering of Commercial Mortgage-Backed Securities. Prior to joining Cadwalader, Claudia represented the City of New York in billion-dollar bond issuances. Claudia also has experience with a variety of other financing transactions such as credit and liquidity facilities and not-for-profit funding agreements.
Claudia received her J.D. from Brooklyn Law School where she served on the Moot Court Honor Society’s trial team, and earned her B.A. from University of British Columbia.
