Christina Bai is an associate in the Finance Group. Her practice is focused on real estate finance. Christina has experience representing institutional lenders in connection with the origination of mortgage loans and letter of credit financing for the pre-development, construction, rehabilitation and permanent phases of multi-family and mixed-use projects.
Christina received her J.D. from Fordham University School of Law, where she was the Editor-in-Chief of the Fordham Urban Law Journal, and earned her B.A. from Smith College. She is admitted to practice in the State of New York.
