Benjamin Drew is an associate in Cadwalader's Capital Markets Group. Benjamin represents investment banks and other financial institutions as issuers, underwriters and lenders in CLO transactions and asset-backed securitization finance facilities backed by pools of middle market loans, broadly syndicated loans and other types of credit instruments.
