Adela Woliansky is a counsel in Cadwalader's Finance Group, specializing in fund finance for private equity and investment funds. Adela represents insurance companies and financial institutions on NAV facilities, direct and synthetic secondaries, liquidity facilities, rated feeders and other fund finance transactions. Adela’s background includes advising financial institutions, direct and institutional lenders, and borrowers on domestic and cross-border leveraged and high yield transactions as well as restructuring matters.
Prior to joining Cadwalader, Adela was in-house counsel at a pre-eminent investment bank, where she supported the investment banking division on a broad range of capital markets transactions (including primary and secondary private placements and continuation funds) and leveraged and high yield transactions.
Adela received her LL.M. from New York University, and her LL.B. from University of Melbourne. She is admitted to practice in the State of New York.
